How quality is controlled
These are gift items with a moving part inside them, so the failure modes are specific: a tray that binds, a lid that does not sit flat, a drawer that arrives scuffed. Each of those has a check against it.
What gets checked, and when
The checkpoints below are the standard plan. The sampling level and any additional test your market requires are agreed per order and written into the purchase order.

Incoming material
Colour against the approved sample, paint finish, paper stock and print quality on the boxes, bags and cards.

In-line assembly
The mechanism is the risk: the rotating tray must turn cleanly through its full travel, the drawer must slide without catching, the lock and key must engage, the lid must sit flat.

Cosmetic inspection
Scuffs, glue marks, loose petals, fingerprints on clear lids and domes, all checked before anything is boxed, because they are invisible once the lid goes on.

Pre-shipment sampling
A sample taken from finished cartons before shipment, against the agreed level. The level itself is set in the purchase order.

Packing and drop
Retail box, gift bag, insert and card checked for the right combination, then the export carton is drop-tested to the agreed height.

Documentation
Carton marking, barcode labels and shipping marks verified against your purchase order before the container is loaded.

Dimensions are hand-measured with a 1–2 mm tolerance, as printed on the supplier sheets. No certification is claimed on this page: if your market requires a specific test report, tell us in the enquiry and we confirm what can be provided for that order.
