Only where the listing says so. Some sets ship with a pendant inside; on the rest the tray or the drawer is empty and any jewellery in the photographs is there for display. The supplier sheets state this explicitly and we repeat it on the product page.

Yes, and we recommend it. A sample of the exact specification is how the colour, the mechanism and the packaging get approved before production. Ask for samples in your enquiry so they are quoted with the order.

Lead time depends on the design, the quantity and how much customisation is involved. It is quoted with the price and fixed in the purchase order.

Each unit ships in its printed retail box, most designs with a matching gift bag, then in an export carton. Carton dimensions, pieces per carton and gross weight are on the wholesale page for the designs where the supplier sheet states them, and confirmed with your quotation for the rest.
